Landscaping a Vision – Planning Ayalon Park

Creating a park that provides a total environmental and personal experience requires an in-depth, multi-faceted planning approach.

A master plan for the Park has been developed by a diverse international team of professionals and lay individuals, co-chaired by Professor Niall Kirkwood (Chair, Department of Landscape Architecture and Technology at Harvard University) and Laura Starr, ASLA (Partner Starr Whitehouse, Landscape Architects and Planners PLLC and formerly Chief of Design for Central Park's Office of Capital Development).

The planning team included representatives from government ministries, mayors of the surrounding towns, environmental activists, and Israel's best architects and engineers
